Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your order! We hope you’re happy with your order but if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. To begin your return, you can access your account with your email on our website, and find the Returns option on your order history page.

Good news, we offer free shipping on returns for all customers! Our return window is 30 days from receipt of merchandise, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We only accept returns from orders placed on www.otivmfootwear.com. All refunds will be credited in the method of payment you used on the original purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can initiate returns from your Orders summary page, which you can access from your confirmation emails. Log in and click the Request a Return button to start the process.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label free of charge, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first initiating a formal a return through our website will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your order for a different size, we offer one free exchange per order, and we'll cover your shipping! Size and color exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Contact us directly at orders@otivmfootwear.com if you'd like to exchange your order for another pair. Approved exchanges will be shipped once we receive your original pair. 

Refunds
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of your refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@otivmfootwear.com
